Year 1
Grow the Fund
Starting January 1, 2026, Tzemach will begin accepting investment in its Fund. The fund will close when it reaches $100M.
Year 2
Acquire Assets
Upon closing, Tzemach will disperse the funds to acquire residential real estate assets in periphery communities in Israel that hold strong strategic national importance.
Year 3
Rental Period
Once all assets are acquired, Tzemach will rent all assets for a period of approximately 5 years.
Year 7+
Exit
After approximately year 7, all the assets held by the fund will be sold, and any proceeds will be distributed to investors.
