Tzemach is a private real estate investment fund focused on acquiring, developing, and managing residential properties in Israel, with an emphasis on projects located in the national periphery and other strategically important regions. The fund prioritizes investments that strengthen housing availability, support long term community growth, and contribute to the country’s strategic, social, and economic resilience.

Tzemach focuses on high-potential opportunities in Israel's periphery to provide growth and liquidity to investors
Year 1
Growth
Starting January 1, 2026, Tzemach will begin accepting investment in its Fund. The fund will close when it reaches $100M.
Year 2
Acquisition
Upon closing, Tzemach will disperse the funds to acquire residential real estate assets in periphery communities in Israel that hold strong strategic national importance.
Year 3
Maintain
Once all assets are acquired, Tzemach will rent all assets for a period of approximately 5 years.
Year 7+
Exit
After approximately year 7, all the assets held by the fund will be sold, and any proceeds will be distributed to investors.
